Alex Antle is a seasoned consumer packaged goods executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across product development, supply chain, and go-to-market strategy. Currently, he serves as an executive leader at BelPak, where he plays a key role in driving growth, operational excellence, and cultural transformation across the organization.

Since joining BelPak in 2020, Alex has led the development of a five-year strategic plan that established clear objectives, strategies, and tactics to guide the company’s growth. Under his leadership, BelPak has achieved 230% top-line growth and 218% EBITDA growth, successfully integrated three acquisitions, and launched a comprehensive operational excellence program focused on safety, customer success, performance culture, and continuous improvement.

Prior to BelPak, Alex spent two decades at The Hershey Company, where he served on the leadership team and held senior roles across multiple disciplines. During his tenure, he transformed the packaging department, realigned sales operations, and built high-performing customer marketing and shopper marketing organizations. He also implemented company-wide S&OP processes and led several major initiatives, including establishing procurement strategies that improved efficiency, setting up just-in-time manufacturing operations, revamping Canadian sales territories, developing sales communication platforms, and securing high-profile sponsorship agreements with the NHL and MLSE. He also played a pivotal role in launching strategies for flagship brands such as Reese, Oh Henry, Brookside, barkTHINS, Twizzlers, Jolly Rancher, Chipits, and Pot of Gold.
